Most participants self-fund or split the cost with their school. We've built the schedule to fit alongside a full leadership role. If your school will sponsor you, we can provide an outcomes brief for them, just ask.
No. It's for any leader who's responsible for other people's work and feels the weight of that. Heads of department, deputy heads, principals, directors of learning, they all sit in the same cohort and the cross-role conversation is half the value.
Be honest with yourself: if you can't, take a self-study course instead. The Intensive is intense by design. Half-engaged participants get half-results and slow the cohort down.
